How to Join a Teams Meeting with Meeting ID
To join a Teams meeting with a specific meeting ID, follow the steps below:

Open the Microsoft Teams application on your device. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from here.

Once you have launched Teams, click on the “Calendar” tab located in the left sidebar.

In the Calendar section, click on the “Join” button located at the top right corner of the app.

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter the meeting details. In the “Meeting ID” field, enter the specific meeting ID provided by the meeting organizer.

Optionally, you can enter your name in the “Your name” field to identify yourself in the meeting.

Click on the “Join now” button to join the meeting.

Teams will connect you to the meeting, and the meeting window will open. You may need to wait for the meeting organizer to admit you into the meeting if the meeting hasn’t started or requires the organizer’s approval.

Once you are in the meeting, you can use your device’s audio and video controls to enable your microphone or camera if necessary. These controls are available at the bottom of the meeting window.
